Gentle Healing
Through the Power of Sand

Sand Play Therapy for People Living with Dementia

Rediscover Connection, Expression, and Calm

At Journeying In The Moment, we offer a safe, creative space where individuals with dementia can explore emotions, memories, and communication through sand play therapy. This is a hands-on non-verbal therapeutic intervention that nurtures well-being and helps to bridge the gap, when words are no longer enough.

Our Services

We offer one-on-one therapy sessions using the gentle, sensory-based approach of sand play. All sessions take place in a variety of establishments, that encourages a supporting, calming and safe environment.
